Friends and Followers Exporter support
Quick answers for extraction, visibility, CSV downloads, and the upcoming Detailed Mode.
Common fixes
No profiles appear
Confirm that the selected friends, followers, or following list is visible to your Facebook account. Private or restricted lists cannot be exported.
The extension does not open
Click the Friends and Followers Exporter icon in your browser toolbar again. If nothing opens, refresh your browser and try once more.
The CSV does not open as expected
Import the file into Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, or another CSV-compatible application. Choose UTF-8 when an importer asks for encoding.
Detailed fields are unavailable
Gender, age, birthday, location, hometown, languages, and locale are coming soon with Detailed Mode. The extension is completely free.
